'Warm greetings from the reception and owner. Rooms cleaned and refreashed every day. Has a fridge with cold beer for 100 pesos. Excellent. We ate at the restaurant every night as the food was great and breakfast plentiful and assortments. Staff was all were very friendly. The owers are always near by and make you feel welcome. 'Ich war zum Tauchen dort und hatte insofern keinen Luxus gebucht oder erwartet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war reichlich, gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Restaurant bietet eine reichliche Auswahl und es schmeckt. Das Dive office hat mir bei der Auswahl meiner Tauchgänge sehr geholfen, die Tauchguides waren kompetent und sehr angenehm. Ich würde wiederkommen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.'

No fridge, bed was hard, one sheet, no blanket or comforter, coffee was instant, water was brackish, a lot of poverty, tried to put in awful room and shared bathroom, door fell off when I went to use it, paid for an ‘upgrade’ to have my own bathroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Go to one of the other hotels. '

'Arrived at hotel only to be informed that room was not available and yes it take 6-7 hrs to transit from Cebu and I was really tired already. I wanted king bed room with balcony and a standard twin was given instead. Reception (Michelle) was rude and blame everything to Hotel.com was not empathetic of situation at all. A pair of ladies from Italy experienced the same thing. Toilet flush did not work, I had to wait 2 days before they had someone come fix it. When you need to go, you go. So I...
