Welkom bij ons huis, het is een zeer gezellige, goed uitgeruste woning op een hectare grond met een inheemse tuin en biedt een rustige, vredige locatie die veel inheemse vogels trekt. Onze woning is geschikt voor alle groepen families, vissen groepen, natuurliefhebbers, koppels en vrienden op zoek naar een inhaalslag. Het pand beschikt over voldoende parkeergelegenheid met boten welkom om te parkeren op het grasveld en biedt ook voldoende ruimte voor het gezin om te spelen.
De keuken van het pand is zeer goed uitgerust als u van koken houdt, entertainment is goed verzorgd voor grote flatscreen-tv, Netflix, WiFi, Foxtel, games, dvd's, boeken en buitenapparatuur. Grote omgekeerde cyclus airco zorgt voor koeling en verwarming waardoor deze woning het hele jaar door comfortabel is. We hebben een wrap-around dek met verloren van zitjes en BBQ gebied. Dubbele carport biedt overdekte parkeergelegenheid.
De grote slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed, een eigen badkamer en een tv. Tweede slaapkamer tweepersoonsbed plus tv. Derde slaapkamer tweepersoonsbed en vierde slaapkamer 2 singles met tv-games voor kinderen. Alle bedden zijn opgemaakt geleverd met beddengoed en handdoeken alles wat u moet meenemen is strandlakens. De was heeft wasmachine en droger plus full-size waslijn buiten, grote badkamer heeft een bad voor de kinderen.

    Tranquility and Nature at its best
    Amaroo was big and spacious for a group of people to stay. Beds very comfortable and kitchen has a lot of appliances to use. The outside areas are fantastic. The place could do with a good deep clean but if you can oversee this it’s a perfect getaway.

    It was a great house size wise and bedrooms etc A bit disappointed that there was no hand wash or soap or detergent left for us. Also towels were a bit rough Fairly clean but under beds etc weren’t that great.

    It's a lovely property, lots of potential. Not sure how this property would accommodate 8 people because of the size of hot water service. The serenity is lovely, as is the wildlife. A few things need updating, such as the BBQ, kitchen lighting, loose floor board near the ensuite toilet,some of the cookware. The range of appliances was terrific. Supply of cleaning, storage wraps etc was good. Overall, a nice, relaxing stay.

    The property was as described and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, appliances all in good order, grocery items just in case you forgot something was a wonderful addition. Ease of parking including a boat was welcome.     We stayed for 3 nights in Mallacoota, the accommodation is very nice ,the house is on a large block, great for pets,but it hasn't got fences around the property. Inside of the house is very cozy with plenty of space , it has got everything you need for cooking.Quiet location, it is on the way into town and beaches.

    Quiet location with house situated on large block with lots of space.
    The house was in a perfect position as quiet street and a quick drive to shops. Plenty of room outside to accommodate a large boat and many cars, with still more room for kids and pets to play in. Inside was family friendly also with ample sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Good sized living room and kitchen with all amenities. Great place to stay we would come again.

    Great accommodation for our family and pooch. Lovely quiet street, with good access to bike riding paths. Comfortable beds with good heating in house. Well equipped kitchen with all utensils supplied and great cooking appliances. Well equipped laundry. Large yard with lovely garden and areas to sit in the sun. Delightful town to visit with cafes and hotel for meals. Beautiful beaches and walking / bike tracks around the lake.
