'Lovely property and lovely staff at pub. Great food and drink and very friendly service. Amazing value stay. Unfortunately heavy rain the night we stayed led to some leaks in property and bubbling drains in early hours of morning which hopefully can be fixed soon. Bad luck for us but otherwise would have been great.'

'Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt, seht nettes Cottage ideal für zwei Personen. Toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu Fuß oder per Rad zu entdecken, herrliche Ruhe, auch wenn man dem Trubel in Whitby entfliehen möchte. Etwas mehr Ausstattung an Geschirr in der Küche wäre wünschenswert, wenn man so wie wir gerne selbst kocht!'

' Cosy cottage, great garden sitting area and right on the quiet high street. Really appreciated the complimentary Sewerby Hall tickets. Sewerby itself is ideally situated with Flamborough Head 10 mins dtive away and Bridlington within walking distance. Great!'

'Bramwood cottages are beautiful and located in a fantastic central location, close to everything in the town which we loved. We did book the Tack Room cottage, but on arrival we had been moved to the Coach House without any explanation resulting in us trying to access the Tack Room with the entry code we were given when someone else was staying there, which was quite embarrassing. The cottage itself was beautiful, and had everything you could possibly need, but we found comfort to be lacking....

'Schöne Ferienwohnung, im oberen Stockwerk. Leider ohne Aufzug. Schlüsselempfang etwas ungenau beschrieben. Anfahrthinweise ungenau bzw. deutlich ausgeschildert! WLAN - Code schlecht lesbar, von Hand geschrieben! Geschirrspüler war noch nicht ausgeräumt. Eine Toilette war schmutzig! Die Eingangstür zum Haus klemmt und lässt sich schwer öffnen. Eine Schlafzimmertür klemmt! Personen im Zug ( Bahnstation) können ungehindert ins Wohnzimmer und in eins der Schlafzimmer schauen! 😁 '

'The cottage was lovely and clean. It was equipped with everything that was needed from the kitchen to the board games and outside games. The location of the cottage is perfect for using the swimming pool and other activities on site. Would definitely recommend the cottage as a base for exploring too. '

'We, two adult parents, stayed for a week in this lovely cottage with our three children and their partners (7 in Total) and were really happy. We felt at home. Great kitchen, well equipped, and even a TV in the kitchen, in the living room and in the bedroom to watch the World Championships soccer. Best pub nearby where we had ‘Sunday lunch’ (roast beef and Yorkshire pudding). Great surroundings. The rain was sometimes heavy, but did not bother us really.
