About the Space:
This studio condo offers a perfect getaway for small parties of 4 or less. It has new luxury vinyl flooring, updated furniture including a comfortable pull-out couch and mattress, and an upgraded bathroom with tub/shower.
The studio offers a queen-sized bed in the living area, as well as a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking a delicious meal. There is NO dishwasher in the kitchen.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Hidden Valley. There are 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), and shared coin-op laundry facilities.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

Please note that this complex is EXTREMELY NOT PET FRIENDLY. The HOA does not allow pets at this property. With regard to service animals, the HOA (not our company) requests visitors fill out forms 48 hours in advance - please reach out to Hidden Valley HOA for further information. Please note these are not restrictions or requests of Mammoth Vacation Rentals, they are specific to this HOA.
** For safety purposes, during the winter months, there is plywood blocking the outdoor patio to protect the sliding glass doors from ice and snow damage.
