One bedroom with 2 bunk beds and one room with two twin beds. The fifth bedroom is perfect for kids to hang out and has a futon couch, bean bag and queen size air mattress stored in closet if needed. 2-car garage, driveway fits 2 more cars, and there are additional parking spaces in the adjacent lot. There are several hot tubs in the community, hiking trails directly behind it and many more trails within walking distance. 5 minutes drive to Eagle Ski Lodge. Enjoy golfing, horseback riding, fishing and shopping as well! The town is just a few minutes away. There is a bus stop about a half mile from the house that will take you to main lodge, village and town. Purchase a guest pass to use the 30,000-square-foot Snowcreek Athletic Club, a fitness and recreation facility, that offers spa treatment, tennis courts, racquetball courts, wellness classes, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Go visit must see places like Devils Postpile, Rainbows Falls, Earthquake fault and Yosemite National Park which is only 40 miles from Mammoth Lakes.
