'There are a number of issues with the listing 1. There are NOT 4 twin bunk beds (8 beds). There are 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. 2. Property needs some serious TLC with respect to deep cleaning. cobwebs on chairs in kitchen on cabinets. walls/trims showing bad aging. coffee maker still had grounds from previous renters. food still in grill. trash found in common areas upon arrival. 3. the 4 beds are separate from main house (converted garage) and while it had vents, the main house...

'Very quiet place, there were no keys but we just took the important stuff with us. It was way back on the property. The beds in the back were 1inch pads so my daughter put them together so if it’s children no worries. If it’s adults they will ok be comfortable. Otherwise very quiet and easy to get to Sherwood Forest Faire. Also quick trip to Bastrop for groceries. '

'Last time I came in December and although I really enjoyed the hot tub, the best time of year is definitely now. I was able to enjoy the hot tub, the campfire, the grill, and the outdoor shower! The lights that surround the cabin are the most beautiful thing there is without a doubt and listening to the sounds of nature is incredible, we definitely enjoyed it a lot!! 'Although the property could use some basic maintenance, it was clean and we appreciated its history. The fourth bed, which is why we chose the property, was a daybed with no real mattress or bedding. The location was great and we walked downtown to eat and shop.'
