The Property is available to rent for any TWO NIGHT MINIMUM with the following TWO (2) EXCEPTIONS:
1. During the Summer Season for the NIGHTS of Fri, Jun 21 - Thu, Jly 25 AND Fri, Aug 02 - Thu, Aug 22, 2024 there is now a two (2) night minimum from 5:00 pm EST check-in to 11:00 am EST check-out.
The system is currently set up to apply a seven (7) consecutive night discount with a Fri check-in to Fri check-out from 6/21-8/22/24.
4, 5, or 6 consecutive night discounts during the period 6/21-8/22/24 are currently being offered, however the system is incapable of automatically applying them. Before booking, please send an inquiry; we will apply the discounts and send a pre-approval to book.
2. Memorial and Labor Day weekends have a three (3) night minimum.

Sleeps Up to 11 comfortably; the set up for the 2 bedrooms is more geared for a couple of couples or family oriented groups. Top bunks are rated for persons over 6 years old and weighing < 140 lbs. Bottom of full bunk is rated for < 300 lbs.

This Listing is advertising a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom resort that sleeps a maximum of 11 (All adults/children/infants are included in the TOTAL count). We reserve the right to refuse any large group we deem unsuitable for our family vacation rental property. We respect the peacefulness of the neighborhood & take great pride in keeping the home clean & in repair.
Must be at least twenty five (25) years of age to rent the property. A copy of a driver's license or suitable ID proving proof of age must be furnished.
