'We had an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The owner was very polite and easy ro communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future. '

'We had planned a four-night stay that got shortened to two nights due to Hurricane Milton. Given that & the rainy weather than proceeded Milton, we did not get to take full advantage of the property. Other thoughts from the group: 1. House has lots of space. The number of bedrooms & bathrooms was great. My teens loved not having to share a room. Spacious common areas were comfortable. 2. The games (pool table, darts, newly installed putting green) were a plus & things we were able to do in...

'We arrived about a half hour early but the house was all ready. All the rooms were clean and neatly decorated. The huge kitchen could easily handle our large family. Everyone enjoyed the large pool. There was a bar with stools, an outside table with chairs and chaise lounges at poolside. In the listing says that there’s a SPA but we didn’t see it. The beds were very comfortable with four bedrooms on the 1st floor and two upstairs. There’s also a dock behind the house and a few fish were caught....

This is nonrefundable, and the property manager is unwilling to assist - even when the property is under repair after IAN the hurricane. The property sustained damage, drywall repair, water damage, and wind damage throughout.
