Wonderful staff including Alessia and Antoniella who were warm and helpful, with advice or anything we wanted eg we felt like some afternoon tea and cakes and Antoniella provided it to us. 'The hotel does not deserve the low rating here. I think it's quite a good hotel. I had a silent single room. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were smiling and friendly. The breakfast was good but a bit of variety would be even better. The wifi worked well. The hotel has a large underground parking place. The only complain is the bed, it was way to hard for me, uckily I was way too tired as well:)'
