'My husband and I loved our stay at Il Poggio Di Teo. Wonderful staff including Alessia and Antoniella who were warm and helpful, with advice or anything we wanted eg we felt like some afternoon tea and cakes and Antoniella provided it to us. Sarah gave outstanding massages and we enjoyed their little spa. The chefs Nutsarello and the other chef were both excellent and we particular enjoyed the Valentine’s Day degustation menu. 'Beautiful grounds and environment, very idillic and scenic. We were able to catch a stunning sunset on the first night. However, the sunrise was blocked by a hill. The breakfast was decent with a good selection. The staff was friendly. We came in late March, so the grapevines were just stubs. Also, their Michelin restaurant was closed so we had to drive out to get dinner. Also none of the wine tours had started yet, and there were no free wine in the rooms (although you can purchase bottles)'

'The hotel does not deserve the low rating here. I think it's quite a good hotel. I had a silent single room. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were smiling and friendly. The breakfast was good but a bit of variety would be even better. The wifi worked well. The hotel has a large underground parking place. The only complain is the bed, it was way to hard for me, uckily I was way too tired as well:)'
