'Quick trip before joining a larger group trip. Typical Hyatt Ziva vibes with great food, service, and always attentive staff! '

'Fun activities. I like how no reservations were required for the restaurants, you just had to wait. Portion sizes in most of the restaurants were small so you need to order several dishes. Some of the shows were good. Service was pretty good but not excellent. The buffet needed more food options. '

'The staff at the concierge was very nice. Especially we had a person named Alexa who was very good, knowledgeable and was always willing to help and made a big difference. She went above and beyond to help everyone. Will promptly follow up on things and was always greeting with a smile. She is a great example of a wonderful customer service person and is an asset to this facility. '

'Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. All inclusive dus de gast hoeft zicht nergens zorgen over te maken. Als minpunt de wat chaotische check-in (kamer die de dag ervoor al klaar had moeten zijn was dat nog niet) en de aanwezigheid van met name Amerikaanse jongeren die komen om te feesten. Dan is het best druk en luidruchtig in het zwembad.'

'I thought the food was very mediocre, and we were very disappointed to see there were no water sports (the website advertised kayaks, hobie cats and windsurfers.) They only have kayaks in fact - they should update their website. The sunset bar was a favorite location, and the beach and setting was gorgeous. The place was pretty and immaculate. One of the lamps in our room was broken and I reported it several times to the concierge but it never got fixed. Overall, it was a lovely stay and a nice...
