Quiet and Cozy
This cute trailer in the country provides a very quiet stay. The only other house you can see is the owner's house since your stay is between the house and the barn. She was very pleasant and helpful. We didn't need anything during our stay but she let us know that if we needed anything to just let her know. I was impressed with how thoroughly cleaned everything was kept. It could use a few updates but I can't complain for the price. It worked out great for us. Thank you!

Great place and great host!
We had a great time staying here! The place is very clean and had everything we needed. We even got to go fishing in the pond one of the mornings during our stay. Linda is very nice, accommodating, and an all-around wonderful host!

Quaint refurbished trailer in the country. Owner is delightful and was very accommodating in ensuring there were no overpowering scents from air fresheners/laundry detergents etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone that enjoys the peace and quiet of the country.

Very quaint and cozy. Easy check in. All information is posted on the fridge. Loved listening to the birds in the morning. Wasn't warm enough to fish but I will be coming back in the fall. Overall great place to stay!!

Comfortable and clean
Stay was very comfortable and just what we needed. Space was very clean and had everything we needed. As listed, there is no TV but we saw that before and brought a small TV for our children and this worked out just fine. Would stay again when in the area

Smelled like a smoker had stayed here
My husband and I booked our stay here with our two teenage daughters so we could visit our two college age sons (one at Taylor and one at IWU). We arrived on Thursday night, walked in the rental and were immediately overcome with the smell of cigarettes. The smoker smell was made worse by the smell of air fresheners. We stayed for about an hour until my husband’s headache became too much for him. We ended up finding a hotel to stay at instead. I’ve never left a bad review before, but the smell was so strong that we were willing to pay for a hotel on top of paying for the VRBO. I scoured the reviews once we arrived at the rental and did not find anyone else complain about the smoke smell. Maybe it was from a very recent renter. I have no idea how to remediate the smell once someone has smoked inside a property. It might require the help of a professional service.

Great country setting minutes from town
We’ve been to this property twice now and always been happy. The hosts are awesome and have great communication. The location is perfect; close to town but private and relaxing. Plenty of room for everyone at a great rate.

Visited Marion for a family funeral
Wonderful place to stay. Location is very close to I69. The property is so nice. Mornings looking at the pond and horses were very relaxing. Absolutely staying here next time we visit Marion.

Great place to stay, only one recomendation.
This is a 3 bedroom, two bath mobile home. located in the country. The home was clean and quiet with some nice views of the countryside. The owners are very friendly. Only thing missing was a tv and internet service. But it was kind of nice not to have them, we had to talk to each other. Great place to stay.

Wonderful and peaceful property
We enjoyed every bit of our stay, and were greeted with warm hospitality. The property was a wonderful farm, setting with cats, horses, and a big old sheep dog. Plenty of space for a family of five. Everything was just as it was promoted.

Lovely setting
Beautiful country setting. Home not fancy, but met most of our needs. Our adult son, who uses a wheelchair, was with us. While we were told there was a wheelchair ramp, we found it was not built to code - dangerously steep for a wheelchair. Also the sidewalk leading to ramp was made with pavers and was too narrow for wheelchair. We would not return with a wheelchair, but would recommend it for able bodied guests. It has 3 beds and we used them all. The twin bed was very uncomfortable, but would probably work for a child. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom showers were nice.

This house was a fantastic location. Not in town but close enough to run in to town for what ever we needed. The hosts were super accommodating. If the hunt is on the same location in 2024 we will be back.
