'First time at these property and was amazed at many factors. From the parking attendants to the receptionist whos was so professional and courteous. She took in consideration all our request and with a smile gave us great customer service and clear directions. Bell man was also informative and prompt. 'Mixed bag: The shared bathrooms were clean enough but some had a bit of water leaking from shower booth. The gym was very modest and primarily meant for cardio. The room I booked was private and clean. Staff were helpful and the location is amazing! Got a decent sleep thus good enough.'

'The main toilets in the lobby & cafe were not clean. Breakfast during the week is served in the cafe not the restaurant. They have no plates & cutlery, use disposables only, feels like eating in a loud airplane. Not a 4 star hotel experience & very weird with respect to sustainability efforts in other spots of the hotel. '

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'
