'Everything about the property was wonderful except that it was a bit noisy from other guests and housekeeping outside of the entrance to the room. Noises travel easily because of the levered windows and front door. '

'Ali'i Kai is just a short walk to my favorite cafe on Maui: That's a Wrap...and then from there just a short walk to one of the most beautiful, walkable beaches in Kihei. I used to live in an Ali'i Kai condo, so this was like coming home. Incredible, all-around!'

'The place is spacious, some parts dated and some updated. It is upstairs, so bringing up luggage was a bit challenging by myself, however an upper unit is always nice to have. There is one small window AC unit which is very noisy, so close the west-facing shades in the afternoon. Fortunately I was staying in early March.There was some unexpected noise such as a renovation next door and a very loud TV playing but otherwise it was quiet. The bed was comfortable. 'Perfect condo for a week in Maui. Excellent location, quick walk to the pool/beach but up a bit so it was super quiet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check-in/check-out process also! Will definitely stay here again! '

'- Large living room overlooking the ocean with a lanai that's covered. Nice fully equipped kitchen with upper-end appliances. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a sitting area and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Two sinks. And the bed was comfortable. Small issues with one sink and the shower, and a little further away from the beach that I originally wanted.'

'We stayed here after flying into Kahului and before heading to Haleakalā NP the next morning. We didn’t stay long but the room fit our needs perfectly. It was a little warm in the room when we arrived but we were able to cool it down quickly when we got the AC going. '

The outdoor kitchen was perfect for cooking meals.
