'Great place on the beach!'

'I liked the location. The property and the beach were great. There was one particular front desk staff member who checked us in who was not clear on some important details regarding the resort fee and use of a 75 dollar credit that came with our room. The same agent also was unhelpful when it came to having our room cleaned. There were more amenities that we could have used at the resort but the same front desk staff member did not explain anything about that either. It really was the one staff...

'The outdoor pools were very nice! Also loved how close it was to beach, restaurants & Whaler village. I was disappointment housekeeping would come at 4:30 pm or later when we’re back to shower to go to dinner! Also feel we were nickeled & dime to rent beach chairs, umbrella etc. Hotel doesn’t offer any senior discount on any rentals. :-('

'Tammi responsed quickly to texts. They kept up with cleaning and the other guests were quiet. Bathrooms, showers, kitchen, seating areas and outdoor areas are all shared. Guests were consistent with cleaning up after themselves.'
