'for a business trip not not recommended ,WiFi does not work once in the room . There was no communication with hotel .com we booked for 2 days only told they were fully booked the following day. however they promised to to sort it out and follow up.They gladly did and it was resolved. for that well done.we spent the second night there'

'The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...

'Check in was really messy. We arrived a bit early, but they used around 15min just to find our bookings, then they used another 10min to find out if some rooms where ready, in the end we just left to go for lunch another place to give them time to sort out some rooms. When we came back 1h45min later they had still not found us some rooms. Took another 20mins for them to check us in! By which time we had just 10mins for the 3 of us to get a shower and go to the airport to do the helicopter trip...

'A little disappointed with the Reception staff who weren’t very welcoming but it got better. WiFi connection was very hard to get in our room unless you connected near reception. New (double) bed needed as it was very springy and made sleeping very difficult. Good facilities with the pool which, sadly we couldn’t use due to time constraints.'

'The facilities are ok, but it is not worth it for the price they charge. Also, the staff are ok, but not very accommodating.'

'WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. '
