'This house was absolutely wonderful! Lots of room for our party of 5 adults and extremely comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. The host Rick was extremely helpful and returned all our calls/texts in a very timely manner. The house is very close to Oistins for groceries and meals out and very close to Freights Beach for surfing. We would love to stay here again!'

'We stayed at the Belair House in January 2025 for 9 nights. We enjoyed everything about the home. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing. Steps that led down to the beach were easily accessible. The area felt safe and directions received by owner to the house were easy to follow. '

'A very inviting home, beautifully designed with high ceilings and an open layout. The pool area was well laid out. The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The hosts and property manager, Harriet were always available as needed and Becky was kind enough to extend our stay for a couple hours on day of checkout. '

'Overall we were pleased with the property--it was clean, spacious, spectacular view, beautiful semi-private beach with a nice swimming area. Plenty of dishes, silverware, accessories, cookware, linen, beach towels, etc. Kitchen appliances were nice and worked well, but would recommend anchoring the dishwasher in more fully. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions/needs. The unit was located on a major thorough fair which created significant street noise into the night and...

'Right on the beach. We had the upper floor and we sat on the deck 90% of the time we were at the property and just stared at the ocean, read, played games, ate meals. It was beautiful. We are snorkelers and the snorkeling was very good right off the beach. Not much live coral but there was an abundance of sea life. Good restaurants a short drive away and a well stocked grocery store in Holetown. Had a car and did day trips to different beaches and sights every day. This is a very nice...
