'The Villa was huge with an amazing pool and gardens. It had everything we needed and the host Rick was on hand whenever we needed anything. Location is perfect but you would benefit from a car. There was a booking error which meant we couldn’t get in until 7pm but Rick sorted a rental car for us so we could keep our selves busy while the team sorted the house. The pool was amazing and regularly cleaned and the area is quiet. We will definitely go back and Rick is a top guy. '

'We had a great stay and everything was clean and tidy. The view from the property is stunning and the area is lovely. We did hire a car to explore but the local beach is very close at about 5 mins walk away. There are also a few good local restaurants. Wendy’s is great with well priced, tasty food available. Communication with Simon was great and Monica was easily available if you need help with anything and was really helpful. Many thanks for having us'

'I rented this property for my wife and I to get together with our two sons and their families. A week before our rental I had emergency eye surgery so my wife and I were unable to go. This review is based on the comments from our sons. Their families thoroughly enjoyed the property and the beach, our grandchildren spent most days in the pool or sea. Both the owner and property manager were very nice to deal with.'

'My wife and I are just back from at week at Mahogany Pod. It sits directly on Paynes Bay with steps down to a beautiful beach. The house is immaculate and beautifully furnished. It has every amenity you could wish for. 'Accommodations were completely as advertised. The manager Loraine was very accommodating. She hooked us up with a baby high chair , crib at the house was a full side Pack n play , so up to all safety codes. Lorraine also assisted in securing a Chef for one evening. Delicious. 'Karen and Jeanine are excellent communicators who respond quickly to messages and address requests and problems rapidly making our stay stress-free, which is what you want from a holiday.The villa was perfectly located just 5 minutes from the beach and buses, 10 minutes to Holetown on the bus, and across the road from Fairmont (but avoid Sunday lunch buffet). 'After we put away all the knick knacks, made room in our closets and wardrobes and rearranged the kitchen, we were good to go. The gardener and pool guy came at the same time so we had a pool full of grass for a few days. We loved the place so gave it some love.'
