'Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. '

'Property was in the basement. There was a constant smell of natural gas pouring in the property making me feel sick. The bedsheets were dirty with black curly hairs in them. We were supposed to have two parking passes only had one. The place was infested with centipedes. There was a bug in the bed. I was never so freaked out in my life and could not wait to leave. The neighborhood was gorgeous, but I was so disappointed in the property. If I would’ve known it was in the basement, I would never...
