'The stay was exactly what we hoped. Out of town, but within driving distance of all the places we were planning to visit. Quiet, quaint setting with friendly goats visiting every day. Peaceful area and very scenic. Loved the place. '

'Awesome room to shoot pool. The house is great with everything we needed. Great back porch, and we even had breakfast on the front porch, too. The property is quiet and relaxing and a pretty view out back. Quick 10-20 minute drive to Rock Island state park, depending on which side of the river you want to be on. Great stay, would love to stay again.'

'We are from New York but we wanted to visit family members that had recently moved to Pikeville, TN. The house location was convenient to their house. We had everyone over nightly for cookouts the kitchen is stocked well with ample dishes, pots and pans. A bonus is the commercial grade milkshake maker. We also visited Fall Creek Falls State Park just down the road. The park is super clean and includes a swimming pool and gift shop.'
