Sherman Lofthouse~Old East Medford~Walkable to Downtown

Newly remodeled guest house with a loft! Located in old EAST Medford, walking distance to downtown, great restaurants, shops, movie theater & more just steps away. It's a hip fun place to stay in the heart of Medford! This unique place has a style all its own. The space feels very private, yet close to everything Southern Oregon has to offer.

When you enter the gate, you'll be on the large deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, fully fenced in with a super high fence for privacy.

The entrance door is to the right. Welcome to the Sherman Lofthouse! We love the design and we hope you do, too! The living room welcomes you with a brand new couch and huge smart tv for all your streaming needs.

The full kitchen provides all you need to cook great meals and a cute little dining table for two, or you can enjoy the deck for dining.

There is a beautifully put together bedroom just off the living room, with a full size bed and plenty of clothing storage.

Then, you'll see the bathroom with walk in shower. This is also where the washer and dryer are located.

The stairs take you up to the loft~our favorite room~ It does have slightly low ceilings so watch your head, the bed is very comfortable and there is a desk up here as well.
