'My family of five (mom, dad, and three girls ages 17, 20, and 23) stayed here for three nights. We wanted to spend some time exploring Philadelphia, and this was a great home base for it. There are two overnight parking lots/garages on the block (no in/out though, so plan to find other transportation around the city) which was very convenient.
