'Very comfortable,clean and secure. Perfect location for all your needs. Unique in amenities. Nice swimming pool with spa. Marina was a pleasant surprise. Fishing is allowed. Our only disappointment was the toiletries. Very watered down and of poor quality. Next time we bring our own. We will be back each time we visit Key West. '

'we enjoyed this beautiful Condo as well its location. Our arrival was alittle interrupted by the Housekeeping service not having the unit cleaned by (5pm ). No fault of the owner/property manager with a quick phone call and quick response we had a maid service on site within hour to clean to our needs. We have experienced with other VRBO’s in the past and know it’s not the owners fault. We would definitely return. The property has many nice amenities including an on site Lounge/ Restaurant. '

'The property was fantastic. The master suite was very up to date and the unit had a wrap around deck. The pool area was spacious and well maintained! Our host, Victor was very accommodating and kept in touch with us at check in and departure. The only drawback was it is a 10-15 minute drive from Duval and many of the historic activities.'

'We had a wonderful weekend at Beachside. We trailered our boat and rented a slip onsite. Due to no trailer parking or launch, we used City Marina to initially put the boat in and park the trailer for an affordable fee. It worked out great. Location and amenities were perfect. '
