'I want to start by saying the staff was particularly helpful and kind. The breakfast was alright as well. The room smelled moldy, and when the shower was running smelled like smoke. They are currently doing renovations on the roof, which led to no television access. I would recommend staying at a different hotel in the area.'

'Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

'Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean.
