'It was good'

'The hotel itself is nice and in a good location, but the rooms, staff and food are terrible. The rooms have a smoke detector with super bright blinking light which turns your room into a kind of night disco making it impossible to sleep. Also staff knock on your door at 8 in the morning for a mysterious"room inspection" despite the do not disturb sign being on. The food from room service and the pool bar are also not great.'

'After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. '

'Upon arrival, receptionist greeted us warmly with excellent accommodations. He offered room upgrade and the facility was very modern in design. Location of hotel is adjacent to mall and across the street lays the bayside cafes. '

'Nette ontvangst, koffers werden naar kamer gebracht. Vriendelijk receptie en security personeel. Goede ligging tov terminal 3 NAIA (bij Newport). Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en heel lekker. Kamer was heel groot en schoon, met bad.'
