'We just spent two wonderful weeks in Wendi’s cozy cottage. Like other guests, we found the home warm & inviting. The cupboards were fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Waxhaw is a quaint little town. We were near our family who lives in Waxhaw so that was an added plus. The master bed was very comfortable. We did have an issue with the bed however and Wendi had the problem taken care of immediately..which was much appreciated. The porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee...

'The stay was nice. Two nice bedrooms with comfortable Californian king beds. The Shower was huge, love the rainfall style shower. Very clean, my stay was at the beginning of spring so the pollen was very high and covered my car. A little landscaping around the house would make the place perfect, but I would definitely recommend and return. '

'Beds were absolutely not comfortable. This is subjective, of course as everyone has a different take on what a "comfortable bed" is. A king bed in the master would have been nice, but we knew it was a queen going in. This is just a suggestion.Pots and pans were heavily used and old, but worked for our purpose. Overall, fairly well stocked with everything else we needed. Unfortunately, no one on the trip slept well.'

'The Sweet Tea Cottage was a perfect fit for our stay in Aiken. It was well appointed and comfortable for our stay visiting relatives in the Aiken area. In fact, it's our 3rd time staying there over the last few years. Cara is a great host and was helpful and responsive with any request we had about the place. When we have to be in Aiken again, we'll be sure to check on availability!'

'Although our stay was short it was pleasant, the host and house were accommodating. The house looks exactly like the pics, very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and close to several restaurants/ downtown. The host responds to any questions/needs in a timely manner. I would stay again & definitely recommend. Ty again'

'It felt safe and easy access off the freeway. The shower had lots of hot water, BUT...BEWARE when you step out, it's a long way to the bathroom floor!!!! NOTHING (amenities), and I mean nothing worked. Not the fire pit, not the grill. My room was NOT stocked with kitchen ware. It only had 2 forks and 1 spoon. NO pots or pans at all.
