The first thing you notice when you arrive is that this inviting home (actually a full home and separate cottage with its own bathroom) is nestled in a grove of ginormous redwood trees that tower above it. The ample parking lot is nicely lit by strings of lights at night and the large front porch is inviting with its Adirondack chairs. 'Just an adorable space and so well appointed! Kelly was easy to communicate with and the check in process was cake! We could walk to the Healdsburg plaza and it’s a quick drive to tons of wineries. We will definitely be visiting again!'

'This cottage in Santa Rosa’s West End neighborhood had everything we needed for my birthday weekend. The wine and milk provided by the host was a really nice touch. Bed was comfy, easy check in, everything worked well, close to good restaurants.'

'The house itself was very nice and the owner was very communicative for the most part. Outside of that, we unfortunately had a very negative experience as the location of the house was over 2.5 miles from town (Where the listing had shown it to be) which resulted in us being stranded in town on the final night of our stay. This difference was material, and the location was the sole reason we booked it as we anticipated transportation being difficult and had a busy weekend of wedding events...

'This was in a really great location. Close to stores & the lake. The place was perfect inside but needed blinds in the living & dining areas. Pool was beautiful but so cold we couldn’t swim. Plus, pool was for tall people! We were never able to touch the bottom. A little scary at times.over all beautiful place! A dock access would have been great too!'

'What a lovely little property! The location was great and a very short drive into town and close to many wineries. We spent every morning sitting out on the cute patio drinking coffee and listening to the birds under the beautiful trees. And it was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Great selection of spices for cooking and all the other essentials. Fantastic!'

'We wanted to introduce friends from East Coast to the Napa Valley- history to modern day. This rare restored farmhouse with views of vineyards was ideal. Authentic, comfortable (with just the right amount of modern amenities but not too much to destroy the charm), spacious, wonderfully furnished, with superb kitchen (fully stocked), and screened porches, etc. The hosts were easy to communicate with and would stay again in a heartbeat.
