'A beautiful location nestled in the forest, which is slightly tedious to reach and use as a base but is worth it if you are seeking this. The rooms were very big and well appointed with a fire working on gas/electricity. The food is very correct and the staff very friendly if not a bit too young. From Midnight to 7AM, we experienced no electricity at all, which was challenging as the night temperature was near freezing point. We felt no-one was there at those times to take care of it and were...

'An amazing historical home farm stay in comfy converted farm buildings on a working farm and golf course. The rooms are cozy warm with a modern ensuite with heated floor. The staff were amazing and we had a fantastic night for New Year’s Eve. We learned the history of the area and the farm and the importance to Tasmania’s history. We fed chickens, sheep and the cows. We aren’t gold people but it looked nice for golfers as Australia’s oldest golf course. we wish we booked more than one night....
