'Perfect little get away spot with my sister! The pictures don’t do the place justice how cute and cozy it is inside! The kitchen has basically everything you need to cook (sorry we finished the last of your olive oil), lots of spices to use, maybe could use a cooking turner (had big ones for the grill)! 'The property is in a beautiful secluded setting near Forbes State Forest. Beware if GPS tries to take you in on Laurel Tunnel Road off of route 31, all dirt road and very confusing; instead take Short School Road off route 31. The cottage was cozy and the gas fireplace kept the place warm. The hot tub was nice. The toilet occassionally needed the plunger to flush out. The house was relatively clean, but could use a deep cleaning (lots of dead bugs on the windowsills, even on day of arrival). The...

'Lovely, clean cottage with all amenities necessary for a relaxing weekend with friends. Beds were comfortable. House well maintained. Hot tub was at 100 degrees when we got there. One note to female travelers: One of the neighbors has a drone and flew it over us while we were in the hot tub. This spooked me since we were staying in the middle of the woods. 'This cottage was the absolute perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. The property was spotless and so inviting. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of hiking. The deck off the creek house was excellent for morning tea. The indoor fireplace was also lovely. The host was so kind and communicated promptly and politely when we had questions. We will definitely be back. '

'Basic rental. Good location for visit to Falling Water. Neighbors dogs can be a little noisy. The house keeping staff somtimes forget to empty the outside trash cans and the wildlife can make something of a mess overnight. '

'My husband and I stayed in this home for 2 weeks. It was a perfect place for us. We cycled the GAP Trail in both directions, saw Frank Lloyd Wright homes, and a waterfall. Our host provided a comfortable, clean, well-equipped space that was maintained in impeccable condition. The view from the hilltop was amazing; we had a perfect view for comet-sighting. I liked it so much I don’t even have a suggestion for improvement!'

'This was the perfect place for our girls family weekend trip. Plenty of room for 7 of us, beautiful outdoor fire pit, clean with everything we needed for the weekend. Proximity to Falling Water and Ohiopyle couldn't be better, literally 2 minutes from one and 4 minutes from the other. Would definitely stay again!'

'A great time in Farmington! We were the only ones renting during our stay, so being in the area alone was a little spooky at times. But the property was delightful, had great accommodations in a small package, and wonderful sights and hikes were close by. Would certainly go again '
