'very personable staff.. room staff exemplary...room was very well kept. nice to have the complimentary tea & coffee 24/7!!!! nice room up front for families eating or gathering for pizza. was a bit noisy with rambunctious kids and revellers into the night, but we are great grandparents, so did not deduct points for that!'

'The hotel has a nice coat of paint and has been updated. The free breakfest was good and it was all we needed. It was definitly the more economical choice in Summerside compared to the other hotels that offer the same thing. '

'The hotel is convenient to visit Charlottetown with the car, located in the commercial street outside downtown but not far. Room spatious, well equipped and quiet. The continental breakfast is included but like mos american hotel chains, self service with plastic-throw-away china which for us europeans is seen very primitive and improvised. The staff at the hotel were very helful and efficient as they organised shipment of the bag that we forgot in the hotel, many thanks for that extra service!'

'The appartment globally was nice, but it was completely frozen when we got in. With a 1 year old baby, we were wishing to have a place already heated. Wall heating unit was not releasing any heat even at maximum. Fortunately there is a floor heating system and a little stove, so we were able to heat up the place after 4 hours. Could definitely be a little cleaner, but not dramatic. Staff was really kind. Bed was confortable. The kitchen is great.'
