'A beautiful property. The pool was very nice. The staff were VERY friendly! The room was huge. Older property. But the bed was comfortable (memory foam). Coffee maker in the room. No safe. 'Nice rooms with good beds and a nice shower. The jacouzi was difficult to fill with warm water, but to be fair, we just wanted to test because it was there. The restaurant serves great food and the swimming pool area is a nice little oasis. Defenitely recommend a stay here.'

'There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. 'The place was very near San Jose Airport. Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The place was good, transportation is accesible. Its just the aircon in the room was not that cold, maybe its because of the hot weather during our stay. Food at the dining is affordable. '
