'The place was very near San Jose Airport. Staff are all accomodating and friendly. The place was good, transportation is accesible. Its just the aircon in the room was not that cold, maybe its because of the hot weather during our stay. Food at the dining is affordable. '

'There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. 'The resort is located in a quiet area 5 minutes driving with free shuttle bus to white beach. The resort has a small restaurant and a swimming pool with pool bar. The staff is friendly though not professional. They will help you to meet your needs. The rooms are not well maintained so upon our arrival we had to change our room 2 times because one of the rooms the water was not functioning and another room couldn't be locked.
