Deze entreepaneel op de begane grond is opgezet als een stadshuis. Parkeer direct bij je voordeur. Mooi terras met bankje en slang om het zand van je dag op het strand af te spoelen.
Op de "A Side" tweede verdieping vindt u een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een woonruimte met een tweepersoons slaapbank. Quaint lezingsgebied met recliner. Eetgedeelte en een bar met zitplaatsen voor maximaal 8 personen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt om een ​​geweldige maaltijd te bereiden en te dineren. Stereo-installatie, 55-inch grote flatscreen-tv / dvd-speler. Schommelpoort boven aan de trap voor kinderen. Extra grote ruimte om games te spelen of gewoon te ontspannen. Queen Air-matras is ook aanwezig, zodat u indien nodig extra gasten kunt slapen. Half bad boven ook. Balkon uit de woonkamer met tafel en stoelen om te genieten van de zonsondergang. Aan de 'B Side' Tweede verdieping gastheer een complete keuken, woonkamer met grote bank. Quaint leesgedeelte met extra grote stoel. Eethoek en bar met zitplaatsen voor maximaal 6 personen. De keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt om een ​​geweldige maaltijd te bereiden en te dineren. Schommelpoort boven aan de trap voor kinderen. Extra grote ruimte om games te spelen of gewoon te ontspannen. Queen Air-matras is ook aanwezig, zodat u indien nodig extra gasten kunt slapen. Half bad boven ook. Diervriendelijk: 1 of 2 honden. Huisdier moet worden goedgekeurd door het management, $ 175. 00 Extra Pet Fee toegevoegd aan verhuur voor elk huisdier. Omheinde achtertuin.
Wij doen extra moeite om ervoor te zorgen dat u zich op uw gemak voelt. Extra papieren handdoeken, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel zijn aanwezig. Extra linnengoed voor elk bed, kussens, strandspeelgoed en strandlakens (8). Ik geef zelfs een paar bordspellen, boeken en films. Het enige dat je hoeft mee te nemen is eten en kleding en je bent klaar !!!!
Huuritems: We hebben een gloednieuwe pontonboot exclusief voor onze gasten, alleen te huur en babyspullen, misc. Items, strandspullen, paddleboard, fietsen en kajak om uw vakantie de beste ervaring ooit te maken. Reserveer van tevoren, want we hebben een beperkt aanbod van artikelen voor onze gasten.

Maybe it's the mom in me, but the one thing that struck a chord was the fact that we flew there on an airplane which disabled any extra packing and then on arrival, having to supply my own paper products and condiments like salt and pepper, foil,cling wrap, dishsoap was VERY annoying, plus I had to leave those items at the house when we left. otherwise, nice house in a nice area

Fantastic stay
Communication was clear, friendly and prompt. Everything was exactly as described, beach chairs and umbrellas in good condition. We had 7 adults and 5 children and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Appreciated the safety of the locks on the doors and fencing around the property, as well as the fence around the pool. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again in the near future!

Spring Break Getaway!
This was the perfect getaway location for two families. We were able to play, cook, eat, drink, laugh together all day and into the night but were able to shut the doors when one of the kids got tired or someone wanted to some quiet time. The units are identical with one of the bedrooms in unit B offering bunks which was nice for the other family with four kids. All the creature comforts of home with a few extras like beach towels, chairs and umbrella. It would have been nice to have a folding wagon to tote all the beach supplies to the water (about 1000') but being that close we either made multiple trips or drove a car down and dropped stuff off. In all honesty, it wasn't bad at all. Hey, you're in paradise, on a gated road, walking to a semi-private beach. The units were both clean and fresh upon arrival. The pool was as described and the kids loved it. A few games would have been nice for rainy afternoons and coasters for the coffee tables would also help preserve them. It was a bit of a hassle going up and down from side to side during meal prep but we got over it. A door from one unit to the other would be nice but it is understood, it is not that simple. One thought may be to put a gate on the exterior porch. Overall, we loved the location and it fit our families perfectly. If we were to come back to the Destin/Miramar Beach area, we would look at here first for availability.

I was impressed with the house and the online pictures were accurate to the house. I also enjoyed the extra beaches towels included and the beach chairs in the closet. I enjoyed having a hose on the front porch to clean my feet from sand. Only complaint was I wish it was connected to the other side on the top level. Because it was a lot stairs to go up to was all.

Have a great time. Location was short walking distance to private beach access. The kids loved the pool. The only thing I wish was it had a lock out between the 2 units. You have to go downstairs, over to the next unit and back upstairs to go between.

We had an amazing stay. Minus the slight inconvenience of having to go out everytime you wanted to go to the other side since there is no joining door. The property was clean. Overall our stay was ‘okay’. House has a good location just about 100 yards from the beach so that was good. You are also positioned right next to an Alvin’s souvenir shop, which brought some noise-not totally terrible but you will hear it. Otherwise, it is unfortunate there is no internal door between each side of the duplex. It doesn’t seem like a big deal until you have to go downstairs and out the front or back door each time you want to go to the other side of the unit. Then go back up stairs to the living areas of each unit. If you have older people with you this will get old quick. I think some minor upgrades like better wifi, maybe provide more than 1-2 dish towels, a few extra blankets for the living spaces. Obviously, not end of the world but just some simple improvements that would make the stay more comfortable. Danielle was super responsive with any questions we had, so no complaints there.

This place was perfect for our families! Owner was very responsive to our questions and let us know ahead of time of any potential issues. The private beach was AMAZING. We went during a very very busy season and didn't have to fight for a space AT ALL!! The pool furniture and surrounding area could probably use some updates. For example, only a couple of our lights around the pool worked and a couple were broken. But the kids didn't mind at all and had a blast so that's really all that matters. Will definitely look forward to staying here again

Both units are nice (duplicates), they are not connected at all on the inside. Everything was very clean and pretty. Also was nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas.

Short walk to the beach. We had a few minor issues but nothing major. The pool area could use some work. The fence is falling in some places. Overall we had a great time and will be looking into renting the house again next year.

We had a group of 8 ladies for our annual trip. We rented both sides of the unit and it worked out well for the most part. There were a few maintenance items and it was a little inconvenient that the units didn't have a shared door on the upper level, but, overall, our group had a great stay and would recommend staying here.
