'This house was clean and a great place to stay for my family. We were in Vegas for 15 days and it is so nice to feel at home and be comfortable when you are on an extended stay!! The Host was very responsive and even bought a new washing machine (the other had broke before we got there and was not fixable, so she had one delivered the next day). Good neighborhood too!'

'My family and I spent Thanksgiving here and had a good time. The host was really communicative and there were enough kitchen supplies for us to do our cooking as well as grill! The hot tub and fire pit were also really nice. For improvements, I think the lighting in the place could be a bit warmer to give an extra cozy vibe, and the dining table larger considering the size of the place. It's a bit too chilly to eat outside during colder months. During summer it would be really nice though....

'We took our adult children & spouses to Vegas to experience the NFR and had the best time! The house was just perfect for us! It was literally minutes from free parking on the strip and the neighborhood was super nice. The house layout was great for 4 couples. It was too cold to use the outdoor amenities but would have been great in warm weather. Mike was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay there again!!!'

'This home is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that is within minutes to the nightlife of Vegas if thats what youre looking for. The owner was quick with responses to all inquiries. The home has plenty of space to accommodate I believe 11 guests. The 3 bathrooms help make getting ready very easy! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Las Vegas! '

'3 buddies having a yearly reunion wanted to enjoy LasVegas but get away from the hustle and crowds on the strip and Fremont Street. This house was perfect, great neighborhood, easy access to all of Las Vegas, Sigrid, the owner was welcoming and helpful. would rent again without question. Recommend the hidden gem in Las Vegas are microbreweries in Art District, try one or more both for beer and food.'

'Hele hotel maakte een gedateerde indruk. Beetje uitgeleefd. Afstand tot de strip is te lopen. Ongeveer 2 km. Voor 1 a 2 overnachtingen wel okay. Niet te hoge verwachtingen hebben.'

"We booked a stay at CP. Due to unforeseen circumstances, though we stayed there 5 nights, I needed to make 3 different reservations. So as not to move each stay, I contact CP to ensure that during check in, I would be given ONE room and not 3 different ones. During check in that went well, I needed to however pay three seperate deposit amounts. On check however, they ONLY reviewed ONE of my deposit payments and not the rest. I noticed this when I returned to the Netherlands. I immediately sent an email and three follow up emails, only to be told that I should contact Customer service. They provided no tel nr or email of the CS. Wouldnt have been easier to simply FORWARD me email to CS. Its first week of December and still not resolved. What HORRIBLE service!"
