'Great house with lots of privacy. Spacious inside and outside. Kitchen well equiped for large group, large pool (although only 1 meter deep). Lovely cat as frequent visitor of the terrace.'

'I am not one who typically writes reviews but I really couldn't have asked for a better home to spend a few nights in Piemonte. The house was big enough to have intimacy amongst friends and couples staying with us, warm enough to bring us all together to raise a glass, knife, and fork. The house felt like a home and we only wish it wasn't November and we could have spent more time relaxing by the pool. Can't wait to come back. Miss it already.'

'We really enjoyed our holiday in August 2022 in this fantastic house. We are a family of 19 persons of which 11 children in different ages. Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more. 'This was the second time I stayed at Villa San Lorenzo (the first time was in 2012). While I LOVED it the first time, Clay has done some renovations on the whole property, inside and out of the villa structure, including adding 3-ish stunning acres of Nebbiolo vines, and one of my friends said, "Every inch of this place is so well-thought out and perfect!"
