Arrived , temp. was 91 degrees. Lobby doors were open, No AC in the lobby, just fans running. I asked for a handicapped room & 1st floor, they didn't have any handicapped rooms. They tried to stick me on the 2nd floor, I told them I wanted the 1st floor. They put me on the first floor, showed me a map of the property, where to park, enter the building. She told me to enter through entrance 6 (halfway down the building) I saw entrance 5 was next to my room. I drove to entrance 5 got out, I
pulled the door it opened. I went to my room & opened the door I flipped the light switch, no lights came on. I went into the bathroom, flipped on that light. I walked around the room to turn on the lights. The lights between the beds worked, there was a piece of chewed up gum stuck to the base. The fridge wasn't plugged up, nothing in it. Don't know about the microwave, didn't use it. the writing desk light was unplugged, end table lamp didn't work, the lampshade, socket were unscrewed from the base. the bedsheets were clean and bug free. the bathroom sink was clean, tub was filthy, there were bugs in the bathroom. Most of the knobs on the drawers were missing or loose, found a dead bug picked it up, it was a roach. I opened the drawers, 1 had trash in it, another had been used for an ashtray, another had a used syringe full of blood. Several rooms had broken windows, some were boarded up some weren't. Restaurant is closed. Roadway is now owned by Oyo.
