'When we first got to the hotel, it was a little hectic. The valet area was completely full and we weren't sure where to go as we were just blocking traffic. The valet worker told us we could go park in a garage close by and that worked great. We didn't end up getting the King room we booked, but we did get a very nice room with two queens that worked great. We could not find ice anywhere on the property, but ended up finding water by the gym. For the amount we paid for this hotel, I would've...

'The hotel was beautiful and clean. Pillows were so lush. However, the bed was hard. And the heater would not work. They did send maintenance but it still was not correctly functioning. Other than that the overall was great'

'I was a little skeptical at first about booking at this hotel, but I’m sure glad I did. They have outstanding staff and one heck of a surveillance video systems in all the hallways and the parking lot. Also, the lady in the front was very kind and nice and provided everything we need, if you’re looking for great stay that won’t break the bank. This is the place. '

'very nice, checkin desk staff was very nice. Room wasn't ready until after 430PM. Nice Room, great view, nice hotel. Due to an event at the hotel, there were a of guests. Bar service was terrible and the staff apparently was not happy either. Got a table, but no service. Paid too much for that to happen.'
