'We absolutely loved the location of this unit. Spectacular views of the ocean right across the street; nice park like setting with great walking paths. Close to the Monterey Bay Aquarium (owner offers 2 free passes)... we took a whale watching trip from the harbor... within 2 miles of the condo. Had a wonderful time with nice cool weather which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place. '

'The property was beautiful and the setting was so peaceful and serene. We were in for my son's wedding in Monterey and unfortunately the first few days we just needed a luggage depository, a place to clean up, change and sleep. The last day and 1/2 we were able to relax and enjoy the property. The climate/temperature was fantastic! The ocean breeze and the sound of the wave were the only sounds heard. My son and I decided it would have been the perfect place to live during the COVID lock...

'Overall condition of the place was good, just a bit dated. There is no AC and the heater was constantly on and couldn’t turn it off. Only source of fresh air was to slightly open the windows but then you lose your privacy. The internet was not very good as most the streaming services lagged. Overall confort of the bed was ok but the pillows were bad so we went and bought some. The area is nice and quiet. Restaurants are about a 7min drive, but probably wouldnt recommend walking to them as the...

'We rented this house for some people coming in from out of town to work with us during Monterey Car Week. Peaceful, clean, great view of the ocean. Worked great for 4 co-workers to share!'
