'The premises and the rooms are very clean, very comfortable, very nice. They are working on upgrading the building. The sea air has done a number on the wood. But it is still very attractive and they are working on it and the rooms were modern upgraded and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and we will stay here again.'

'This is a beautiful newly remodeled hotel. It is right on the beach with great outdoor and indoor areas to enjoy the view. If you are booking on the ocean side - you will have traffic from the outdoor hallways past your window and you will have the sound of the waves. You are that close to the beach. They hold a $250 damage deposit on each room - just be aware of that at check in. '

'Although the hotel provides breakfast, only very few things are provided (Apple, coffee, Tea and Nature Valley crunch). The water is complimentary in the breakfast but only when you ask for it. No cleaning during stay and the hotel facilities are old. The only good points are the location and the staff are friendly. '
