'If you’re looking for a cozy lived in apartment/condo overlooking the Monterey Bay near lovers point, this fits the bill. It doesn’t have a lot of room in the living areas if you have small children, and there are a few breakables throughout the house. The bedrooms are roomy. The beds aren’t the latest greatest but adequate. For the price it’s a pretty good deal considering it’s on the ocean has a view and is near many things in the Monterey and Pacific Grove area..'

'We had so much fun at this place. We enjoyed the place, and the neighborhood too. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood cats that came to visit. We only stayed one night and we'd definitely come back. Thank you so much'

'The five of us (parents three 20 something sons) had a great time getting away together. We played games, cooked, took walks at the nearby beach and went on a handrail ride (train tracks and all). The house is set up well for family hanging out. If you are planning on specific cooking/baking, I'd bring your 'have to have' supplies (cookie sheets for one) just in case.'

'We had a lovely time bringing our teen and young adult children for a holiday adventure. Jonathon's home was conveniently located between Monterey and Carmel, making it easy to enjoy both locations. Everything was spotless and cozy. Jonathon was always quick to respond and answer any questions that I had. 'We loved our stay! The place is beautiful. Very clean and well cared for. Decorated really nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were new. We could just walk to restaurants and down to the point. Perfect location. Jack communicated with us about some repairs to one bathroom. He kept us informed and offered to give us a refund if we decided to change our mind. It all worked out and the bathroom was beautiful. We will definitely return. '

'We stayed overnight on a trip to visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The hotel was clean and all the staff who served us were very friendly. Highlights for us were the complimentary snacks (we were in a premium room), as well as the complimentary happy hour drinks and made to order breakfast. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will choose to stay here again when visiting in the future. '

"De ligging is zeer mooi. Op loopafstand van de oceaan in een hele mooie wijk. Het was fijn om 2 slaapkamers te hebben en 3 bedden (4 personen) voor een goede prijs. De cottage is wat verouderd, maar wel schoon. In de matras van het tweepersoonsbed zat een kuil. Op het terrein staan zitjes, waar we goed konden zitten om te ontbijten (er is geen ontbijt inbegrepen). Het zat heerlijk rustig. Mooie bloemen, waar ook kolibries op af komen."
