Everything you need all in one place. Super clean and updated. 2 1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus and the proximity to the University. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

Location was perfect! We were visiting the university and it is walkable to university as well as restaurants and shops. Home is clean, nicely furnished and decorated! Will definitely be our go to for all future visits.

My Honest Review
This house is beautifully furnished. It is located downtown perfectly situated close to all things Montevallo. So why the bad review? I rent a LOT from VRBO multiple times a year. So im very familiar with the checkin process, etc. I came into town to bury my father at the National Cemetery. And before booking, I made sure that it would be ok for me to have visitors during my stay. They approved via email. Checkin is at 4. But we would arrive at 5:45. On the way, i realized i never received access instructions. So, i contact the host. The host proceeds to tell me that she didnt have my reservation. So i emailed her the reservation number + the picture of the reservation w/Booked highlighted in green. By this time, we are pretty much in the neighborhood. She informs me that she is on the phone w/VRBO & they cant find my reservation. Which is impossible bc my reservation is in Green as in Booked. So i start a chat with VRBO. While im on hold, she texts me the 1800 number for VRBO to call for myself. Once my chat was picked up, i gave him the reservation number. He instantly says its booked and confirmed. He calls the host to see what the deal is. No sure what their exchange was, but 20 mins later, she texts saying it was fixed. So now i need the code. I texted asking where she was going to send the code. Her reply "VRBO messaging". I politely asked her to text me the code. 1 hr later, we were in. Beware :There are no refunds on this place after you book. Across from busy area

Perfect Experience!
This property was so conveniently located to the University of Montevallo, which was the purpose Of our trip to this town. The property was very clean and comfortable, cozy with very thoughtful snacks, games, books, etc. We felt safe & we were able to make a very pleasant family memory due to this reservation. The host was available for help, but wasn’t needed during our stay, as everything was clearly communicated & we had no issues or problems during our stay. We definitely plan to come back!

Great place to stay!
We stayed at Bella's Place in Montevallo as we had two family members' burial services nearby. I wanted a place that had no issues, no hassles and that's what I got! The check-in process was super easy, the place is within walking distance to decent restaurants, and it was very clean. If I have a need to stay in Montevallo again, I will certainly stay at Bella's Place.

Little Piece of Heaven
My sisters and I visited the Ozan Winery in Calera. Bella’s Place was not far from the winery. I’m so glad we chose this home. It is beautiful! The home is cozy, welcoming, and very CLEAN. Although it was a very short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely book here again if we come back this way.
