"The hotel is very old, it is like you are going back to the 90s. The rooms are outdated and have damaged furniture in them. The rooms were not cleaned properly and a lot of services (like an elevator) were out of order. I had to carry my suitcase up 4 levels to my room. The breakfast was also a big disapppointment. Basically it is a bag that you have to ask for yourself which has a muffin, a danish role and water in it. They have no restaurant service. Guests are not welcomed when they walk in and the staff talks Indian to each other. The location is also very bad. Taxis to NY can be very expensive because of this. When I came in to check in there were also other guests complaining, so I was not the only one with this experience."

"Prima hotel. Dichtbij een metrostation. Je bent met een half uur bij alle highlights van New York. De medewerkers van het hotel zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is schoon en erg netjes met ruime kamers. Het ontbijt is goed maar heeft niet heel veel variatie. Kortom dit hotel is een echte aanrader. "

"Nice hotel on great location. We had a quite room on the east side of the building. Room was nicely arranged maybe the carpet could be cleaner. Shower was nice and hot with every day clean towels and soap. Coffee and tea was supplied every day for the machine. They kept our luggage after check out in a locked room. Reception personnel was kind and helpful. "
