'For anyone needing to stay in Lake Placid, FL this is a solid choice. Simple two bedroom/two bath and the cost matches a hotel stay but better because you get more space with a living room/kitchen, etc. The owner keeps the property very clean and secure and gives an auto lock code for easy access. He is very responsive to questions also so this is our new go to place to stay to visit our family in Lake Placid. '

'This home was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed, nice view. The beds were very comfortable (two of us have back issues, so that was a big plus). The shower in the master bedroom was nothing short of amazing. It was chilly, so we did not use the pool. We did walk out to the dock to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. Be aware that the steps going down from the pool deck to the dock have some loose stones. A Publix grocery store was right across the highway which was convenient. '

'This home was exactly what we were looking for. Had an event in a remote area and this little hideaway was the perfect alternative to a hotel. Not far from the town, in a quiet and serene neighborhood. Breathtaking views of the lake while nature provided the background noise.'

'Owners were great in communicating and getting check in info to us, as we had to evacuate our home for Hurricane Milton. This is a high elevation area in Florida, very nice community, neighborhood and home! '

'We love coming and spending weekends on Lake June and this house met all our needs. The house was clean and fully stocked. Plenty of room for 2 families with young kids with an extra room and bath to spare! The pool was pretty chilly, but the kids loved being in it as much as possible! Dock space was perfect for our 2 boats. Would love to come back to this house for a future stay!'

'We can't say enough great things about this place! Our group came into town for a Spartan Race and needed a place to relax and recover between and after our races. From relaxing in the pool, the spa and being able to cook and serve a giant family style diner in the kitchen, this place fit all of our needs. Thank you for letting us stay with you and hopefully we will see you again next year!'

'The host were wonderful. We had a problem with the air conitioner and they got right on it and it was fixed within the hour. Amazing! They are great with communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!'

'We enjoyed the pool, and the comforts of a great Florida home. Close to fishing and Sebring International Speedway where we had taken the kids Saturday and Sunday. Ample room for a large family. We would definitely return.'
