OCEANFRONT Community_50 STEPS van PRIVATE BEACH_WiFi_Kitchen

Deze 2015 Cozy Clean Upgraded Studio bevindt zich letterlijk 50 stappen van het warme zand tussen je tenen op ons ongerepte nooit drukke strand! Dit apparaat is erg populair vanwege de nabijheid van het strand (zie overheadsatellietfoto voor de locatie van de unit). Geniet van een adembenemend uitzicht op de oceaan en de zonsondergang vanaf ons gedeelde balkon rondom, of vanaf een van onze Gazebo Beach Entranceways.

Neem een duik in ons ongerepte kristalheldere zwembad. Lokale eetgelegenheden en winkels liggen op korte loopafstand. Profiteer van onze volledige kitchenette, of BBQ op een van onze buiten houtskoolgrills en geniet van dineren in de open lucht.

Perfect uitje voor een romantisch weekend, of een familie-uitje ... kijk hoe dolfijnen uit het prieel aan de oceaan spetteren ... mis de zonsondergang niet verdwijnen onder de golven van de oceaan ... wandel over het zandstrand ... bouw een zandkasteel met de kinderen ... surf cast of vis van ons strand ... kijk surfers hangen tien ... of gewoon relaxen bij het zwembad.

Geschiktheid / huiseigenaren regels:
- Dit is een ROOKVRIJE GEMEENSCHAP. (U mag niet roken op het terrein met balkons en tuinhuisjes).
- Huisdieren en dieren (inclusief emotionele ondersteuning en hulpdieren) zijn niet toegestaan volgens de regels van de huiseigenaar.
- Maximaal 4 gasten inclusief baby's. (Max. 3 volwassenen aanbevolen).
- 2 voertuigen max.
- Geen boten of aanhangwagens mogen parkeren op het terrein.
- Zwembad seizoensgebonden geopend naar goeddunken van het management (meestal mei tot begin oktober)

Cramped sleeping quarters. One of us had to crawl off the foot of the bed. One of the beach chairs needs replacing. Pool umbrellas were broken. Floor was swept, but dirty.

Wonderful (although rainy) beach getaway!
The rental was very clean and just as pictured. We greatly appreciated the extra accommodations, such as beach chairs, pots, dishes/silverware,etc., offered by the owner, they made our stay more comfortable and removed the travel hassle. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy and gloomy, but we still got the chance to take advantage of the super convenient beach access, the ocean was literally a 5-minute walk away! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again! :)

Lovely Room in Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I were in just for the weekend. It was our anniversary and the host left us a anniversary card, which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very small; yet, perfect for just the 2 of us. Very clean and the bed was comfy. We liked having our car right outside the door. The beach was gorgeous and they provided beach chairs for us.

Perfect Getaway
I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The room was clean and cozy and right on the beach. I enjoyed drinking my morning tea and reading in the gazebo. Such a healing and much needed time away. This was a solo trip and I felt safe, it's a family friendly community of other residents, and not an over crowded beach location for those looking for that like myself. I will certainly return for another stay, thank you!

Wonderful!
My husband and I stayed in this rental for a short anniversary trip. We were very pleased with the room and location. We were able to park directly in front of the door which made the unloading and loading process quick and easy. The rental was exactly as pictured and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay including extra towels and blankets, and also plenty of pillows for the bed. The unit was very close to the beach and pool. There are two beach chairs in the small closet by the door. My own beach chair ripped on the second day so I very much appreciated having access to another! One thing I will note is that the beach access requires you to walk up and down a few stairs. We brought a wagon to haul chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. and we ended up ditching the wagon after the first day because of the stairs. This wasn’t a big deal for us, we just carried everything for the remainder of the trip. I just wanted to mention that detail for renters who may have small children or elderly people in their party so they can plan accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will check on this unit again if we ever return to Atlantic Beach!

The place was clean, had every necessity available & affordable. Though it didn't have an ocean view it was just a short walk to the ocean. The location was great! Walking distance to a good restaurant & bar & a very short drive to places like Morehead City & Beaufort. I will say, the only downside to this place was that the internet was spotty, & there wasn't really a place to put a puzzle together. The cable boxes had a short cord so you had to leave them on the kitchen table. Typically my days at the beach are spent on the beach however I ran a race one morning I was there & the weather wasn't great for sitting on the beach so instead we tried to watch Netflix through our account (however it was spotty & often kicked us out from trying to watch a show) & then wanted to put a puzzle together but had no room. These are not deal breakers for me & I do still highly recommend this property.

This was a great little place to stay. It was very clean and close to the beach. I had an issue at checkout, there was a phone number on the back of the door to call when leaving but it wasn’t a working number. Also, there was a broom but no dustpan. Other than that everything was great.

We knew it didn't have an ocean view, and didn't realize how important it was to us until we didn't have it. If you just want a place to sleep, this is the perfect place. Close to a lot of attractions.

Stayed here last year and we were pleased that not only was it just as clean and just as good, there were also improvements to the property. The futon was very comfortable, and the internet was much more reliable this time. Thanks for a great place to stay!

It was so wonderful to stay at this property. One of the nicest parts of your property is getting to know the people who own their unit and spend their entire summer on the property while my family spent time at this property as a renter. .
