'We needed a place to stay for Rock The South and came across this little cabin. It was just us girls so didnt need something massive. The cabin was cute and clean..We had no negatives at all.....But some FYIs if you stay....cell service was spotty and at the minimal, no internet (which we enjoyed the break) && be safe and drive a SUV or Truck its a couple miles back on a narrow dirt road that has a few washed out spots and can get muddy if it rains! Im glad we got there in the daylight because...

'We stayed here to go a conference an hour away in Huntsville and it was great… nicely decorated and great view of the lake… the weather was rough while we were there so we can say from experience that the tornado sirens work lol everything turned out fine and owner checked on us constantly.'

'Spent 3 nights with 3 out-of-state friends...all women in our late 60's. Had a blast (although we were interrupted for a couple hours due to tornado scare.) Enjoyed catching up while taking in lakeview out on veranda. Played scrabble, euchre, and VR games we brought along. Many laughs and lots of new memories created. 'We had a great mini-vacation at Bushy Creek this week. The house was perfect for our family of 6 (and a dog) and was very clean and seemed fairly updated. With 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, and an open living space, there was more than enough space for everyone in our family. There were large “smart” flatscreen TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms, as well as phone chargers and plenty of accessible outlets. Outside, there’s a great porch with ceiling fans and chairs, a nice patio and a fire pit where we had a fire...
