'The property I originally poked was canceled by the host because of a leak. He offered another property in the same building. When I arrived in the new offered property I was hit in the face with a HORRIBLE smell coming from the dishwasher. I came there for one night stay with my kid and his basketball family for a tournament. So when we arrived we needed to cook and get them fed and in bed ready for the nest morning. The dishes were not cleaned I found food inside of the cooking pots ...

'Very comfortable spot! Seamless check in via messenger system with great communication from Joe leading up to and at the end of our stay. Privacy was great as mentioned in other reviews and the room was stocked with all essentials we could have needed. We would definitely stay again! '

'Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

'Property was well appointed, clean and spacious. Our family of six stayed at this property over a long weekend for an out-of-state lacrosse tournament. We all fit comfortably and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast and quick meals in between games/coming and going throughout the day. We weren't at the property long enough to enjoy the yard/pool area, however both areas were well maintained and available exclusively to us. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.'

'While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money'

'This bungalow is in the very private back yard of a fine house in a beautiful neighborhood of the magnificent pedestrian paradise of Redlands. Its location is ideal for an extended stay. Two grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown, restaurants, library, numerous parks and a famous outdoor performance venue are all within easy walking distance. In two weeks, I walked over 100 miles across nearby neighborhoods, (beautiful) University of Redlands, and parks. The bungalow is nicely and simply...

'The property is in a nice area and the host was nice and accommodating. Unfortunately the property was under construction, does not have a private entrance and needs a thorough cleaning. It is set up more for exchange students than for vrbo.'

'The property was exactly as advertised - cozy apartment with multiple amenities. The host, Ingrid, made me feel welcome, cared for and at home. Ingrid went above and beyond to ensure that I had as lovely a stay as possible during a trying time for me.
