Appartementen in Mumbai Suburban

'As a tourist, the pictures didn't match the apartment we got. I reached the apartment at 2am and had sent a message prior to arriving that I will be coming at that time and hence to have the room ready, but alas.. they were super confused of my arrival and took 30min to give me a quite dirty room. We stayed for 5 days and we had an overflowed toilet, drainage smell in 1 of the sinks, the door that had to be broken to enter, no replacement of towels after cleaning the room, no hair dryer after...

'It was clean and all the stuff service was excellent. Breakfast was only vegetarian, quality was not bad. '
