'I was impressed by how well the house was appointed , lots of trail information and activities, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, even to prepare great meal, clean linen, floors, and bathroom. The hot tub was top shape, no stain. Really, for a change, this was better than advertised and not a bummer. It is outside Sedona so you need to drive in but the area is quiet, easy to park. I highly recommend it.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. I worry about out of date photos when looking for VRBO's; these photos are accurate. It was CLEAN, cozy, and all the supplies looked new and/or very well maintained. As it was chilly when we were there, we appreciated the cozy blankets and fireplace. Location was perfect and quiet. Would definitely choose this condo again. Thank you Shelley for being a wonderful host!'

'We loved our stay here, the kitchen was easy to use, the living room was cozy, 3 bedrooms with variety. The best part was the spacious backyard and how dog friendly the property was! There’s even a smaller side backyard if there’s multiple families of dogs. The coat hooks were well utilized with the chilly weather, and although there were not extra warm blankets for us to use; there was ductless air conditioner units for the rooms.'

'The home was overall very nice. It had everything needed for a few nights and was very close to a cut-through path to the Airport Loop hiking trail. I liked that it is away from the busy part of town, but close enough to get there when wanted. There were a couple of downsides that might not bother others, so I didn't deduct stars. The sheets are cheap microfiber and the pillows were also very cheap and over-used. The washing machine is small, making a pod of detergent too much to rinse out...

'At each level this is a great place to stay - clean, bright, warm. The stairs are tough, as we were all 70+, mostly getting the luggage up and down. Otherwise it was a great distance to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Each bedroom having its own bathroom and balcony was very nice. Nice morning coffee spot just 2 blocks away. To the owner - instructions for the coffee maker would be nice. We used the last of your tissues and couldn’t replace in time. '

'This home is beautiful, easy access to this home, great location although it’s a good 20 min drive to Bashas and Walmart, so plan accordingly. Comfortable beds, we did notice the faucets in the main bathroom were very wobbly, the faucet moved easily in the sink, and the toilet in the guest bathroom was wobbly also. Ceiling fans were very dusty. Good communication from the host while there. Overall a good and comfortable stay. '

'Our stay in the cabin was great! Communication with owner was very good and helpful. Everything was so clean and my older boys loved the classic game machine a big ➕. Everything that you need is in the cabin. Property is well Kept. Only little problem was the bedroom TV was asking to sign in to google & ask passwords. Internet in bedroom was not connecting right. But, we love to read and better excuse not having TV. Everything else was perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you. '
