'The property is exactly as it was stated. Something to know is that if you go in the very cold winter time, the top floor is plenty warm but the main floor is noticeably cooler. There is a space heater we could have used, but we just stayed in our bedrooms the whole time. It was so cold that we left the faucets running all day while we were gone, and the water meter still froze and then busted. 'This cottage was perfect and an in expensive uber ride to downtown, Nashville. The owner was super responsive to messages, and even let us check in early when our flight got in. This is the perfect stay for a couple who wants to experience Nashville without the high hotel prices. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
