It has 4 bedrooms with a double bed of 150cm and two bedrooms with two single bunk beds of 90cm each.
Each room has its own wardrobe and a safe.
In the property there are 2 bathrooms with shower 200cmx90cm wide and two independent toilets.
On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with plasma TV with channels in different languages with free wifi and a magnificent modern open plan fully equipped kitchen. All made with first quality materials.

The swimming pool is 14m long by 2,80cm wide with a depth of 0,80 to 1,70cm and is totally enclosed with stainless steel railing as a safety measure for the children. The terrace has a sun deck with sun loungers and hammocks for sunbathing and a large barbecue grill to enjoy the best Mallorcan meats.

Next to the swimming pool there is a private children's playground and a ping pong table for the enjoyment of young and old.
