'Nice staff'

'Room was large and clean. Location is along a busy street and can be hard to find at first, but has many dining options within walking distance. The hotel's own restaurant was also nice, though a little pricey. Love the Tudor-style decor. Overall, had a good experience and would stay again. '

'Wow what can l say, the hotel is in the most perfect location, right on the beach. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. A special mention to the guys on the reception desk, they were so friendly and welcoming. On arrival we were upgraded to an ocean view room, was given a glass of champagne and because it was my daughter’s birthday, they sent up a bottle of champagne to her suite. Service absolutely outstanding, can’t wait to stay at the Grand hotel again. Thank you '

'Very good location, Central Market and Chinatown right around the corner. Shopping Mall 5 min. walk. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice, fresh fruit juices, sparkling water and sparkling wine, eggs made to order. Not a very new/modern hotel, but well kept. Comfortable beds.'
