'Beautiful ocean front condo. In the beach, not across a busy street. Our 1 bedroom had two baths, a full kitchen and two balconies with 180 degree views of the ocean, Molokai and Lanai. Pool and spa were very nice when coming in from the ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of whales and turtles. On our first morning a turtle came up onto the beach in front of the condo.'

'This place is amazing. We had all the stuff in our rooms we could want. Snorkels, fins, masks, and they even gave us Shell necklaces. The beds were comfortable and we had a spectacular ocean view. I can’t wait to stay here again. '

'We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. '

'The place was nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable room. They offered a delicious breakfast on Friday and an hour of free music one evening performed by local musician. The entire staff was pleasant. Napili bay is beautiful and was only about a one minute walk from our door.'

'Our Kahana Villa stay was good in general. What we liked about our stay: -clean -spacious - all kitchen utensils and equipment available - nice view from the patio -easy parking -grills near the pool -warm jacuzzi What we did not like: -they were having insects eradication right during our stay. We were required to remove all the stuff from kitchen and bathroom counters and leave the condo for 2 hours - the bedroom was smelly - they were doing renovations in the condo above us which resulted...

'When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! 'This is our second time at Pikake B4 and we love it. The kitchen is amazing and stocked with everything needed. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. In a quiet part of Honokowai where you just hear the sounds of the ocean at night. Convenient walking distance to the new Pau bakery across from the beach park. You can relax on the beach right behind the unit. Owners are attentive, caring and communicate promptly. We hope to return again...'

'We had a great time in Maui. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The only negative we found is the lack of central air conditioning (I think this is the same for the entire building). There were lots of fans to get the air circulated, but it was warm in the late afternoons with the sun shining into the condo. Other than that, it was great!! The views were amazing and it’s away from the big resorts so it’s quiet. We saw whales, turtles, and seals from the balcony. We all enjoyed sitting on...

'Wonderful location with proximal beach access. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and whales from the lanai. We hope to visit here again!'

'It was a wonderful stay. Everything was as promised and there were even a few extra perks, binoculars to watch whales, a blender for drinks, even a tool to core a pineapple! Parking was always available and the view from the deck is spectacular. Loved it!'
