Dit stadshuis met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer met uitzicht op het water werd volledig gerenoveerd in 2018. Het huis ligt in Point Judith, op slechts een steenworp afstand van tante Carrie's, The Bon Vue Inn en Iggy's. Een korte wandeling (1,5 km) naar Roger Wheeler Beach, 1,5 km naar Scarborough. Centrale airconditioning completeert deze mooie open indeling, perfect voor gezinnen.

Naast een full-size wasmachine / droger heeft het huis een erwt stenen terras met zitplaatsen voor gesprekken en nieuwe Weber Grill.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved walking to the rock beach in the mornings and evenings. The house is walking distance to restaurants and ice cream. We were a short drive to larger beaches and restaurants. We loved our excursions to Block Island and Newport. The place was clean with a well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful Cottage in a Great Location
Point Judith is a great, central area to stay if you're visiting RI. There are a few very nice beaches and restaurants within just a few minutes, and Newport, Providence and Mystic CT are all less than 45 minutes away. This cottage had plenty of space for my family and then some, was clean upon arrival, and true to the pictures in this listing including water views and a nice outdoor space. The host was very responsive to my questions and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for a family getaway
We had a great time here on our summer vacation. The house was immaculate and cozy. Our 4 boys fit perfectly in the room with multiple beds and still felt like they had plenty of space. The views are beautiful. Nearby restaurants and the ice cream stand made for fun walks. We will definitely be back!

Great home and host in a lovely location
The home is clean and bright, a block from an ocean overlook. It is between two state beaches and located near the Point Judith Lighthouse, Block Island ferry, Narragansett and Newport. The host was so responsive—when we had a question about the kitchen, they came over within 2 minutes. The kitchen had all the cooking implements we needed to cook all our meals and the full size washer and dryer were great. Would definitely return next summer!

We enjoyed our week at Kelly’s place. It was generally clean and as described. Kelly was quick to respond to our questions. There was sufficient room for my husband and I and guests who stayed with us during the week. The laundry room was not as clean as the rest of the place, and some table lamps and mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice additions.

A super-clean, clutter-free dream home!
As others have said, it's super clean and very sparsely decorated. I do wish it had lamps so that I could cozy up and read in the evenings. Other than that, the kitchen is top notch complete with matching dishes, quality pots/pans and containers for leftovers. I don't know if it's an east coast thing, but I wish we didn't have to bring our own bedding. Getting in at 1 am, it was the last thing I wanted to deal with. It would have been nice if there had been one coffee filter, too. That first morning was TOUGH, but what a beautiful part of the world and a great place from which to launch adventures. Lastly, very responsive (and pleasant) host, too!

Quiet neighborhood and convenient location location
House as described, clean, loved the front room that was separate from rest of house, convenient to store bikes, paddleboards, shoes, coolers etc. Multiple restaurants and ice cream a quick walk away, and the whole area was accessible by bike. Some parts did not have sidewalk as other reviewers mentioned, but for our older kids was no problem. We biked literally everywhere, with very little car traffic to worry about, even on main roads. 2 min walk to closest beach, wear water shoes because it's covered in river rock, and 5 min drive to swimming beaches. All beaches were clean. All food from the many restaurants we tried was great. We loved our stay. Can't wait to come back!

We loved this sparkling clean house in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. A beautiful walking beach is minutes away in addition to multiple restaurants and ice cream. Very quick, easy drive to the swimming beaches and Block Island ferry port. Very communicative and available host.

A fun & modern house in great location
This is a great house for a small family or 2 couples. The property was newly renovated and well kept & well appointed. The owners have an adjoining home on-site and we’re very responsive to emails, or texts.

Better than expected!
We found this listing as one of the only properties in our price range that still had availability, and we thought it looked good enough so we booked it. We were extremely happy when we arrived at the proximity to the water (and views), how well the house has been renovated, and how well it was stocked. Better than most rentals I’ve stayed in. The location is fantastic- walked to a rocky beach to drink my coffee every morning, and halfway between Roger Wheeler and Scarborough beaches. You could technically walk to both if you’re up for a good walk, but we just drove every day. Also a quick 5 min drive to Galilee for dinner at Champlain’s, although if you’re up for Iggy’s or Aunt Carrie’s, that’s just a couple minute walk. I would highly recommend this home and hope to be back one day!

Quiet and lovely stay in Narragansett
Kelly’s property was very clean and well kept. On a nice, quiet street and It’s very close to the ocean and walkable to a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop. You’re a quick drive north to Narragansett Pier, which is where much of the action is with some restaurants and people watching. To go to beaches, you’re about a 5-10 minute drive to many of the state beaches in Narragansett. Bring water shoes! The rocks make it difficult to get into and out of the water. We bought some water shoes at the Stop and Shop and that helped a lot. Also about a 40 min drive to Newport, which was a great area to check out. Definitely do the mansion tour and if you want a great hike, do the Cliff Walk. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Point Judith house
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is every bit as nice as the photos, the beds and sofas are very comfortable, the kitchen is well outfitted, and the neighborhood is both lovely and quiet. There's also a nice, new patio and outdoor dining set that we took advantage of. The host was very helpful in answering any questions we had.

We are a family of 4 with 2 children, ages 6&8, and this was exactly what we were looking for. The house is beautiful and well-maintained, clean and exactly as advertised. Location was perfect-quick to get to the beaches and food/ice cream just steps away! We biked a bit, including a couple of times to the lighthouse which I don’t recommend since there aren’t any sidewalks and the road was a bit busy for the little one. Owner (Kelly) was very responsive leading up to the trip…we didn’t need to contact her at all during our stay-no issues!

Clean and modern
This place is within steps of the ocean. It's a great neighborhood for walks with the family. The house is very clean and has all the amenities of home. Not only does it include washer/dryer and keurig but also has beach chairs, an iron/ironboard and even a martini shaker! The owners have thought of everything you may need during your stay. My family was even able to see Hamilton for their first time, as access to Disney + was an added bonus! Thank you to our hosts for your hospitality! We will absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Great location!
We had a great time staying at this property! We are a family of four, kids ages 6 and 9. All the conveniences were on the property including central air, gas grill, WiFi, outdoor seating. Close to the ocean, restaurants, ice cream, lighthouse, ferry, beaches. Exactly the relaxing vacation we were looking for. Lots of good areas to bike around!
